Award Type: Track Star

Jennifer has been placed on numerous projects here at the CBO without any hesitation on her part. The latest one is our Blue Cross Blue Shield COVID-19 Re-keying project. Her work brought the money to be resent to payers down by $982,860, which is outstanding! She is deserving of a TRACK award for her outstanding service for UMCP and patients.

I went to Eddie before Christmas to get an invoice approved. While I was there, he asked if I was done Christmas shopping. I said no, I had family that was struggling, and the kids would not get Christmas until January.  I went to my office and found a gift with an envelope that said, “for the kids.” He has truly blessed me and the family. Eddie you are amazing!!

Leticia stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and worked with the doctor to get an MRI ordered for my back. She went above and beyond in order to get me an appointment. I can’t thank her enough for what she did for me!!

A patient was having high anxiety, and Christie disclosed she also suffers from anxiety and suggested eating a lemon, because it helps her. Christie offered her the lemon, and it seemed to make the patient more at ease. This was Service is our Passion at its best! Thank you, Christie for your wonderful care of our patients!!!

Shawanna does a great job of researching control groups that are out of balance. She will pinpoint the area or account we need to review in order to resolve our balancing issue. This is a tremendous help, especially in the control groups with MULTIPLE charges in them. Thank you Shawanna for being a team player and setting us up for success!!!

One cold morning, I looked out my window and saw Robert Martinez, FNP, clearing the ice from the sidewalks. All I could do was smile!  He wasn’t asked, but he clearly cared about the safety of the employees arriving that morning. Thank you, Robert for your compassion, kindness, and selflessness. It was greatly appreciated!
