In honor of CRNA Week taking place this month, we want to recognize the safe patient care and hard work they provide our patients.
The CRNAs primary responsibilities at UMC are to plan the amount and type of anesthesia needed—general, local, or regional—as well as the method for administering anesthesia, including injections, inhalants, and oral medication. Their plan is then implemented with oversight from anesthesiologists. Many of the CRNAs and anesthesiologists have been at UMC for many years and provide a high-quality service for the procedure patients here at UMC.
Thank you for all that you do to show that Service is Our Passion at UMC!
