Employee of the Month
Cheyenne Clevenger, RN
Geriatric Trauma Unit
My mother had been in pain all day, but when Cheyenne came in the room you could feel the love! Watching her care for my mother was so beautiful. My mother mentioned she liked Cheyenne’s nails, and the next day Cheyenne came to work an hour early to paint my mother’s nails the same color as hers. Cheyenne is a blessing to anyone who meets her!

House Staff of the Month
Divya Vangipuram, MD
TTUHSC, Department of Internal Medicine
Our patient was very nervous about a scheduled bone biopsy. Dr. Vangipuram assured the patient that she would stay in the room to make sure she was comfortable and would keep her informed throughout the process. Her kindness meant so much to the patient!

Attending of the Month
Robert Johnston, MD
Anesthesiology
During a recent emergency in our unit involving a baby, Dr. Johnston kept control of the situation by maintaining a very calm atmosphere. Because of this, the result was extremely positive. Dr. Johnston is kind and always has the well-being of the staff and patients at heart. Thank you for all you do!
